Carnosine (beta-alanyl-l-histidine) is a dipeptide made up of the amino acids beta-alanine and L-histidine. It is present in significant concentrations in muscle and brain tissues.

Suggested use

As a dietary supplement, healthy adults take one capsule daily in the morning in the morning without food or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.

Other ingredients
